In 1985 - I did 29 DECATHLONS / without 1500 / ,I did 1-st,2 -nd .veterans = WON EVERYTHING.In Cambrigde 19881 / 2 I scored 54 pts on whole team 75 pt..! winning 9 events.In Sheffield /veterans decathlon UK / in terrible conditions I did 12.6 sec AGAINST 8.3 m/sec wind...! I competed for GG from 1979 - 2014 years,non-stop being BEST ATHLETE ever.At 51 I was DENIED WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in Buffalo / USA due to MISCARRIAGE of perverted british justice..All winner results were WORSE than mine ,in fact MINE 9 events were superior. I run 100 m in 12 sec ./ 5 times / in tranning shoes..!

FINISHED playing as a results of a disagreement with coach prejudiced Mikulowski because I wanted to play in SENIOR team,but he told me that I had to wait till they retired /, at I9 finished to play.

Played polish semi-finals / 15 of age - scored 4 pts / At 17 - teen joined TS WISLA - 11 times POLISH Champions.

The ONLY outsider / whole county / in RESERVE Wisla,scored 30 plus on average ,highest 38 pts.Could easily DUNK BALL. PLAYED VERSUS NBA ,everybody B.Cousy etc except injured W.Chamberlain.../ blocked 2 x Oscar Robertson,best player NBA ,who suggested I should play for Boston Celtics. I was 17.5 yrs.old.

Veteran Results

UK Athletics championships: several time attended. 2nd in Decathlon (at 42). 2 titles won subsequently. 2nd in high jump, 2nd in 110hurdles, 2nd in pole vault. Represented UK versus USA.

1996 World Athletics Championships (Gateshead): 11th decathlon (with knee injury).

2000 Euro Athletics Championships (Finland): 3rd 110m hurdles

2002: Euro Athletics Championships Indoor (Bordeaux, France): after 3 events leading the Pentathlon by 400 pts. Then injured in high jump had to retire.

2005: World Athletics Championships (S.Sebastian, Spain): 11th throws pentathlon. Retired at Decathlon (for an achilles injury).

2006: World Athletics Championships Indoor (Linz, Austria): 4th in pentathlon (winning the high jump); 5th in 110m hurdles (all with heel injury, could not even walk!).

2006: Euro Athletics Championships (Poznan, Poland): 7h in high jump; 7h in 110m hurdles; 21th in throws pentathlon.

Professional Coaching

Offered to be deputy national UK decathlon coach (in 1972) along with B. Longden; turned down position ("as no future... my right ever decision!").
